This is a long, but I think fairly helpful post. I noticed, about 6 months in that certain settings weren’t working out as well for me, like the “again” setting and max-time interval. My settings are adapted from the AnKing’s, Conaanaa’s, and MedShamin’s guides. Then, play around with them to match your learning style. You should read this post to get a good understanding of what the Anki settings and algorithms mean and “good” settings to start off with. These may not be optimal settings for learning other things such as a new language or for how you learn individually.
